Corner bar theory in the restaurant?

So I used to be a bartender and I loved working the corner bar theory to really make my guests experience plus one, but what is it called when you do it with your tables as a w/w? Two of my tables last night came into TGI Fridays Fareham as complete strangers, but left as friends even sharing their birthday cake with each other. The photo shows them all in one photo (with me) after a great Thursday night (felt like a Saturday) Any suggestions on what this "new theory" should be called? It really made the atmosphere in my section unique and great fun to be part of. GO TEAM!!!
